You have 15 days from the date of delivery to use our Customer Portal to submit a return. Returns after 15 days will not be accepted.
Customers may receive a refund or store credit. Items need to be in original condition, with tags attached. Footwear must be in its original box.
All returns must have tags intact, be unworn, and free of stains and makeup.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Items marked final sale, unless the item is faulty;
- Hair Accessories;
To Initiate a return through our customer portal:
- Login or Create Account
- Enter Order Number
- Select Items you’d like to return and choose a reason for return (Didn’t like, too big, too small, faulty, other)
- Select whether you would like a refund or store credit
- Print return label and ship out at a mail courier of your choice
- Once we receive your package we will process your return and issue a refund or store credit once approved.
